Privacy & PDPA notice
This notice explains how personal data is handled in connection with aras-residences.com.my, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
Who is responsible

This site has no enquiry form
The website itself does not collect names, phone numbers, email addresses or any other personal details. There is no sign-up, no newsletter and no lead form. Every contact button opens WhatsApp or your phone dialler.
What I receive when you contact me
If you choose to WhatsApp, call or email me, I receive the details you send — typically your phone number or email address, your name if you give it, and what you tell me about your requirements. I use that information only to:
- reply to your enquiry about ARAS Residence OUG or similar properties;
- send the price list, e-brochure or availability you asked for;
- arrange a sales gallery appointment; and
- where you proceed, pass your details to the developer, WCT OUG Development Sdn Bhd, so that a booking can be registered, and to bankers or lawyers you ask me to refer you to.
I do not sell your details, and I do not share them with anyone else without your consent, except where the law requires it.
Cookies and measurement
This site loads Google Tag Manager (container GTM-PQHW8GCJ), which in turn may load Google Analytics and Google Ads tags. These set cookies or similar identifiers and record events such as pages viewed, sections read, scroll depth, and clicks on the WhatsApp, price list, brochure and sales gallery buttons. This tells me which ads and pages are working. It does not tell me who you are: these events carry no name, phone number or email address.
Google may act as an independent data controller for the data collected by its tags. See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use your browser's private mode, or opt out of personalised Google advertising at adssettings.google.com. The site works normally with cookies disabled.
The site is hosted on shared hosting; the host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, time of request) for security and diagnostics.
Third-party links
Links to WhatsApp, Google, the LPPEH register and the teduh.kpkt.gov.my portal lead to services I do not control. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this site.
How long details are kept
Enquiry conversations are kept only as long as needed to serve you and to meet record-keeping duties under real estate practice rules and Malaysian law, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask for access to the personal data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, withdraw your consent, or ask me to stop contacting you for marketing. Write to limweiliang1998@gmail.com or WhatsApp 010-509 5049 and I will act on it. Withdrawing consent may mean I can no longer help with your enquiry.
Children
This site is aimed at adults considering a property purchase and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this notice changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new date below.
